DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?

USA and Canada: 15 - 20 days

Oceania: 7 - 21 days

Europe: - 21 days

Latin America: 10 - 25 days 

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders take 2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please also allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT? IF SO, WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?

EXCHANGE

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send to our customer service team email with proof of the damaged items at support@rubyinsight.com

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will then provide the address to our return center, which is based in the United States. Please note, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

We rely on repeat business and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds are sent upon the receipt of returned goods. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 12 hours after placing orders to cancel the order. If you contact us later than 12 hours, it may have already been sent to our warehouse to process your order, which might be too late to cancel.
